YAYNESS!!! BEN AND JERRY'S ARE THE BEST!!! Haha. We had a wonderful time today at united square though he who must not be named was with us. Haha. I shall not be evil though in this entry, cos im liek super happy.
We had napfa for the girls for pe today so basically the guys could slack. However the sun was freaking hot, so i decided to support the girls. Haha. What a great blessing it turned out to be. I was telling bailyn that if she could jump over the 300cm mark for the jump i would treat her a year's supply of ben and jerry's. Then ms smith came and told us about the great giveaway. As it was their anniversary, they were giving out free scoops of ice cream from 12 noon to 7pm. So we had this plan to go to ben and jerry's after school. The outlet at united since it was the nearest.
However, things didnt go as smoothly as planned. Qi Bin and some of the other girls wanted to go to far east and they thought that it was a hassle to get to novena and settled on the idea to go to far east for lunch at long john. I was kinda against it lar. Like how often do u get FREE FREE FREE ben and jerry's? I was quite persistent but then we met half way lar. So we agreed to go down to long john at far east for lunch. Then me and a small grp would head down to united for ben and jerry's and then i woudl take a bus back down to meet qi bin and frenz at waffletown. This was the plan.
Things dont always go smoothly u c. So after eating at long john, they didnt want to go to waffletown anymore, i didnt really felt like gg either actually. But then bailyn actually felt liek going home!!! I wanted to slap her face haha but i had my revenge later. =]. *smiles cheekily* i shall tok mroe abt that later. *more cheeky laughs* so anyway, as i was saying, after much persuasion, bailyn gave in. we took a cab down to united and the queue was LONG... The whole level was crowded with ppl queuing up. Luckily for us, i met cheryl the choir gal and the other choir gal cnat really rme ur name, but rem to vote me for council. Haha. Yah back to the topic, i cut into the queue and not belong long, i had the chance to savour that wonderous ice cream. Chocolate chip cookie dough... MY FAVOURITE! haha. So i was quite happy with it, but i had this longing desire to have MORE...
So, i did what all greedy human beings would do, i went to queue up again. Haha. But u c, i didnt really queue up, not from the start u c. Lol. As tehre were diff flavours, there were really 2 queues. At the end of the main queue it would lead you to 2 choices, either u take chunky munky flavour, or u continue to queue teh shorter queue for chocolate chip cookie dough. I went to queue at the shorter queue, and thankfully no one caught me. I got a second cup juz like that. After finishing my ice cream, cheryl wanted more, so we went to queue again. From the start. About half way, rose and bailyn wanted to go home, so we left the queue. We said our goodbyes to cheryl and it was a pity to leave the queue. However it ended up to b a blessing in disguise. I went to the front of the queue trying to find teh escalator down, and while passing by the stall, i jokingly said, "How ocme they nvr giv me de?" and the kind lady looked at me apologetically and gave me my 3rd scoop of choco chip cookie dough for that day. LOL. I went back to suan cheryl, haha. Then we really bade goodbye to each other and left.
At united, we sat down at this sofa and began to take pictures of bimby and rose n themis. carousels are the latest fad i tell u. we began to play with it adn i made bimby and rose sit on it, themis "volunteered" to take the pictures and it sure was ltos of fun. We tried ways and means to make sure that bimby stayed on the carousel as she was trying to get down from there. We persuaded her to take a ride if we could get the coins and all but it was hard to get a $1 coin. So we waited and went to shops and all but the ppl either didnt hav coins or the shops didnt change with us. I saw feline, andrea and sze ming and this other gal who i have no idea who she is. Haha. I was tokin to them and forgot abt changing coins. Haha. Luckily we got this guy to change coins with us and we had a wonderful time together, looking at the wonderful bimby on teh carousel. Haha. Great fun i tell u. Soon, rose's mom called her and we had to leave, we said our goodbyes and made our way to the exit.
Now here comes the exciting part. I had finally got the opportunity to exact my revenge on bailyn aka bimby. I walked liek really fast, leaving her and he hu must not be named together. Then i attempted to take their pictures together but it failed quite miserably. So we hurried to the mrt. As it was really crowded, i tried to squeeze to thsi really cram corner, and bimby knowing my intentions followed behind givin me the "u die" look. Then seh walked up to me and whacked me real hard with her wallet. Haha. It was hilarious. Revenge is sweet. Then i took their picture before i left the train. She again gave me the u die look. Super funny. Haha. I think i made the right choice to go to ben and jerry's. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. =].
