Im back home. YES! Who would know that being a waiter in a chinese restaurant can be so tiring? Amos introduced me to this job at clarke quay there with his mother. Since i didnt have teh proper attire and i didnt know how to get there, i had to wait at the clarke quay mrt station for her. She was late, but nvm larz. Hahaz. When i reached the restaurant, it was super crowded. After that, i went to change and had to help Amos'es mother with 5 specific tables. I had to help them pour teh chinese tea thing den must learn to refill and where to take water and stuff liek that. I think the customers must knwo that i am new larz. Because they were liek purposely give me space to walk, siam when i pouring drinks. Lolx. Then amos'es mom todl me to go to teh kitchen to tajke teh food out and serve them. Wah, it was super slippery lroz the floor, then i always so scared i may spill or break soemthing. Then there was this super nice-looking palte of abalone. Each slice was HUGE! Hahaz. Then serving was quite ok, just that teh food was very heavy, when i was servign teh fish, i was afraid i would spill the gravy. The worst part was serving teh noodles. When you go to such dinners, they will use 2 spoons as chopsticks to serve rite. Yah, so basically i had to do the same and i really didnt know how to do. Amos'es mom taught me how to later at one of teh empty tables (the customers go take picture or soemthing) den she ask me to pratice lorz. Sadly this woman came back and saw how horrendous my scooping skills was. Lolx. Oh the dinner ended pretty early 930 when it was suppose to end at 1030. Then i had to go to the kitchen to help wash the plates, actually i had to sort them out and carry out to arrange nicely. Oh and i had to stack 6 chairs up and drag them to some other part of teh building where the office is. I tell u, the stuff was SUPER SUPER heavy, the basket can break de. The permanent waitresses are
EVIL people. They treat temp staff very badly larz. Scold me here and there ask me to do this and that. Wah, horrible! Finally when 1030 came, i was so happy i got my hard earned $28 as my pay. Someone's gonna get a xmas present wif this HARD-EANRED money. Yupz. My legs are killing me now. Tmr hav interview at Shan's jap restaurant. Hopefully i cna get the job. Alright, ciaoz. =].
